  1. How long will my parts take to arrive after placing my order?

    We offer a very fast and efficient service courtesy of Fed-ex for domestic and international shipments. Customers in the UK can expect to receive their order the next day on orders placed before 2pm. International shipping times vary and are typically between 1 to 2 days, customers in the USA and Europe can expect their parts to arrive the next day on orders placed before 2pm UK time.   2. How do I register my warranty on my parts?

    Parts subject to a warranty will arrive with a warranty registration form, this form must be completed and returned to Merlin for the warranty to be valid. Once we receive your warranty registration paperwork we will email you and advise your warranty is now valid. We recommend sending your paperwork via a secure service for proof of delivery.

  3. How are your Pincer Bars packaged I am concerned about damage in transit?

    Our pincer bars are packaged in secure steel boxes which prevent any damage to the pincer bar in transit. If you would like to know more please contact us.

  4. Can you ship to anywhere in the world?

    There are countries Fed-ex will not ship to but these are minimal, a list of exclusions can be found here http://www.fedex.com/gb/contact/served-countries.html

  5. What methods of payment do you offer?

    We accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express and PayPal on our online store and also with telephone orders. Alternatively you can also pay by bank transfer/BACS. Please contact us if you have any further questions.

  6. How safe is my personal data?

  7. Do deliveries require a signature?

    Yes to ensure the security of your order a signature is required when a delivery is made.

  8. Can i exchange an item that was purchased online?

    Yes but the exchange item must be returned to us within 28 days from the date of purchase.

  9. Why has my credit card being declined?

    All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your credit card refuses to or for some reason does not authorise payment to Merlin then you will be notified of this during the checkout process. For further details of declined payments, please contact your card issuer.

  10. Who do you use for delivery?

    Fed-ex provide our domestic and international shipping services. Often recognised as the worlds leading Courier Company. Fed-ex provide a fast, efficient and cost effective service for our customers. They have a 100% delivery record with us, something we could not achieve with alternative courier companies.

  11. An item i require is out of stock when will it be available again?

    We usually carry a large amount of stock but in the event an item you require is out of stock please contact us and we will be able to give you an expected time for the item to come into stock.

  12. An item i require is not on your website?

    We continually add new products to our already large inventory. As we manufacture our parts in house we may be able to manufacture the part you require with minimal turnaround times please contact us if you require any further information.
